bircher muesli

how to create a delicious bircher muesli, gives you tons of energy and brings back so many memories.

1 cup of raw oats, soak with 1/2 to 1 cup of water, Soak well by stirring, add 2-3 cups of berry yogurt. Add: 1/2 cup hazelnuts, 1/2 cup sliced almonds, 6 figues chopped, 1 cup raspberries, 1-2 apples diced (unpeeled), 1-2 pears diced (unpeeled), pinch of cinammon, lemon juice from one lemon, 1 tablespoon honey. Mix well. Serve immediately or keep in fridge and serve cold. Yummy!
